NG44 Consulting Product Deactivation Policy for Refunded E-Books and Videos

If you request and receive a refund for any of our e-books (or videos), you are required to delete that e-book or video and all copies of it from any device on which it was downloaded and then notify us via SMS text message or phone call or email that you have deleted the e-book and all copies from your device. This must be done not later than 24 hours after receiving your refund.

This is to enable us proceed with the process of deactivating the returned e-book or video.

If we do not get any message from you after 24 hours we will proceed to deactivate your copy of the e-book or video.

WARNING: Once an e-book has been deactivated on our end, opening it on your end may lead to IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE of your device and we will not be held responsible for anything that happens to your device if you open an already deactivated e-book or video on it. You have been warned.

In summary here is what you need to do to avoid any unwanted occurrences:

  1. As soon as you receive your refund, make sure you delete the e-books or videos from any places that you have downloaded it (whether from your phone or computer).
  2. You have up to 24 hours to delete the e-book after receiving your refund. After 24 hours we will deactivate the e-book or video. Opening an e-book or video that has been deactivated can lead to irreversible damage of your device so please take note.
  3. If for any reason you are unable to delete the e-book within the given time frame kindly let us know before the expiration of the 24 hour period.

Once again: We will not be held responsible for anything that happens to your device if you open an already deactivated e-book or video.
