This could be due to any of the following reasons:

- You are using a wrong type of ATM Card .Our system can only accept payments from Interswitch Verve card, GTB Naira Mastercard or Naira Visa ATM Cards. You can find out from your bank what type of card your ATM is.
- You do not have sufficient funds in your account OR
- Your card has not been enabled for online transactions. Complain to your bank.
Please try again with a different card or try a different method of payment. If there is no money in your bank account please put some money and try again.
